NOSTALGIA FOR NORWAY...
Hi I’m Francesca,
the journey in Norway was really fantastic. The habits in Norway are really different from my country! In Norway in the morning we had a breakfast with salami, cheese and in particular brown cheese. It’s really good, but I’m not used to eat this food in the morning. Their school is more technological than my school, there are also other things about Norway that are really different than Italy. But in spite of these things Norway is such a fantastic country! My “family” was really good, funny and very friendly. So I miss them and I’m looking forward to seeing Pernille in Italy.

The first time my teacher told me about the Comenius project, I thought that I had to pick this opportunity to visit Scandinavian places and meet people.
When the day of departure arrived, I was really excited; first of all I was flying for first time, then I was realizing a wish.
At the moment we arrived in Norway, so tired and happy to be there, I felt the changing of the air, and I thought that I had to enjoy the experience as much as possible.
I was surprised about people, cause anybody could speak English, and the climate : although the temperature, I didn’t feel the cold.
One thing that surprised me was the school building: I had never seen a school building like that. It was really advanced about my standard.
About people there are many things to say: in substance I can only say that I liked every Norwegian person. They were funny and disposed in front of foreign people.
The family where I was guest, has been really nice.
Finally, I can say that I would do everything I’ve already done, and I hope to go back one day, to have a great experience like that.

Sometimes the moment comes to make some decisions, sometimes difficult, sometimes nobody can understand what you feel, perhaps you behave in strange way, but it is only fear of the truth.
Day 03-26-09:daid good bye to the people we love, we started this journey not knowing what we could find. It was about 06:05 when we left and I believe I speak on behalf of all if I say we felt frightened, and we have come back sad.
What to say, well, it is not simple to express what you really feel, but this trip has made me understand many things, I believe that staying with people of different culture strengthens even the spirit, and staying a little far from home is good.
Perhaps what I’m saying will sound a commonplace, but it was a magnificent experience for me. Each person is special for what he or she is, I have known wonderful people, everything was really beautiful.
One thing that struck me particularly is landscape of Sykkylven, especially the places I visited were really interesting. However I was satisfied with the hospitality offered me... Really friendly and cordial.

I couldn't lose this chance. I'm very lucky to be in this Comenius project. My first trip was in Norway. I had never flown before, and this trip was the first time. It couldn't go better.
Norway is fantastic. And the Norwegians are very good people. When I met my exchange partner I was very happy.
The Norwegian school is the best school I've never seen. But, like all the nice things, my trip in Norway was finished. I'm looking forward to arrive to October, so I'll meet my Norwegian friends. I hope the time will pass very fast!

The experience in Norway was a fantastic experience for me, because I had the chance to meet new people, new places, new traditions and to expand my knowledge in the language.
During the week I was able to eat new foods, and stay in contact with people speaking a language different from mine. I’ve spent a fantastic and unforgettable experience.
